October Devotion:
There will be a Rosary recitation in church during the month of October every day at 7pm except Tues at 6pm, Sat 5.30pm, Sun 9am. It is said that those who recite five decades of the Rosary in church or as family or as a group of the faithful, may gain a plenary indulgence and not forgetting the 15 promises to Saint Dominic and those who faithfully pray the Rosary.
Legion of Mary: The Legion of Mary meets every Tuesday at 5:00pm. Meetings include prayer, planning of apostolic works, and opportunities for spiritual growth. Anyone interested in learning more about the Legion is encouraged to attend.

World Youth Day Korea 2027:

Women monthly prayer Meeting:
All women of our parish are warmly invited to stay behind after Mass for our monthly prayer and catch-up. We look forward to seeing you there.
Youth Concert:
There will be a British Province Spiritans Youth Concert on Saturday 24/10/2026 . 10.00am – 5.30 pm at St. Mellitus London, Parent please allow your children to come for practise on Sunday after mass.
Lectors and EM of Holy Communion:
The South East Area is holding two Formation Days for Lectors and EM: Saturday, 24th October 2026 Bishop Thomas Grant School 10.00 a.m. – 2.00 p.m. Saturday, 31st October 2026 Capuchin Franciscan Friary, Erith 10.00 a.m. – 2.00 p.m. All Lectors and Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion are warmly encouraged to attend. Participants need only attend one of the two days and may choose whichever date is most convenient. If you would like to attend, please give your name and preferred date to your parish by Sunday, 18th October at the latest, so that the parish can confirm attendance with the Episcopal Vicar's Office. Please remember to bring a packed lunch with you on the day.

Let us pray that the mental health ministry be established throughout the Church, helping to over- come the stigma and discrimination of persons with mental illnesses.

St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
